Tomr’s Tonic is carefully crafted so it will intensify and enhance the flavor of your preferred spirit – we recommend Gin but try it with tequila, rum or Vodka.

Smog Cutter 

Dan Greenbaum (The Beagle, NYC)

.5 oz Tomrs Tonic
.5 oz Ginger Syrup
.75 oz Mezcal-Espadin
1 Cucumber Slice
Negra Modelo Beer
Lightly muddle cucumber in shaking tin
Add Tomr's Tonic, ginger, lemon and Mezcal
Shake with 2 ice cubes and strain into thin ice filled with collins glass 2/3rds full of Negra Modelo
Top with a little more Negra Modelo
No Garnish

Tomr's Collins

Jim Meehan (Author of the PDT Cocktail Book: The Complete Bartender's Guide)

1.5 oz Plymouth Gin.
.75 oz Tomr's Tonic
.5 oz of grapefruit juice
 .25 oz lemon juice
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled collins glass filled with ice
Top with 1.5 oz Moet Imperial champagne
Garnish with half a lemon wheel


Blythe Garuba (Bucco, NYC)

Muddle 3 thick slices of English or Japanese cucumber with half a lime cut into 3rds into a pulp and ump into a double rocks glass
1 oz of Tomr's Tonic
1 oz of Hendricks Gin
Ice to fill the glass
Top with Club Soda
